Our Story
From One Van to a Region-Wide Team
Lucano Group began in 2015 with a single van, a handful of cleaning supplies, and a simple promise: turn up on time, do the job properly, and treat every client's business like it mattered. It started with a few small offices around Erina.
Word spread. Businesses that were tired of unreliable cleaners and revolving-door contractors found a team that actually cared about the details — and stuck around. A decade on, Lucano Group now services businesses across the Central Coast, from single offices to multi-tenant complexes, while staying exactly what we started as: locally owned, hands-on, and genuinely invested in the community we work in.

Marco started Lucano Group after years orking in facilities management, frustrated by leaning contractors who cut corners and never stuck around. He set out to build something ifferent — a genuinely local team, trained roperly, that businesses could rely on for the ong haul. Ten years later, he still visits every ew client site personally before the first clean.
