These terms apply to every quote, booking and cleaning service provided by Lucano Group across the Central Coast, NSW. Please read them before booking a service.

Acceptance of These Terms
By requesting a quote, making a booking, or using any service provided by Lucano Group ("we", "us", "our"), you ("the Client") agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not proceed with a booking.

Our Services
Lucano Group provides residential and commercial cleaning services across the Central Coast, NSW, including but not limited to:
- Regular, deep and spring house cleaning
- End of lease / bond cleaning
- Move in / move out cleaning
- Office, retail and commercial cleaning
The exact scope of each clean is confirmed at the time of quoting or booking, and may vary based on the size, condition and specific requirements of the property.

Quotes & Pricing
Quotes are provided free of charge and are based on the information supplied by the Client, including property size, condition and specific requirements. Quotes are estimates only; final pricing may be adjusted if the property's actual condition differs materially from what was described at the time of quoting.
All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and, unless stated otherwise, are inclusive of GST where applicable.

Bookings, Access & Scheduling
Bookings are confirmed once a date and time have been agreed in writing, whether by email, SMS or our online booking form. The Client is responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the property at the agreed time — whether by being present, providing a key, or supplying an access code.
Lucano Group is not liable for delays, incomplete work, or cancellation fees arising from a failure to provide access at the agreed time.

Bookings, Access & Scheduling
We ask for at least 24–48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a booking. Cancellations made with less notice, or a failure to provide access on the day, may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the quoted price to cover the reserved time slot.
Recurring cleaning plans have no lock-in contract and may be paused, changed or cancelled at any time with reasonable notice.

Payment Terms
Payment is due on completion of each clean unless otherwise agreed in writing, such as for commercial contracts on account terms. We accept the payment methods listed at the time of booking.
Overdue accounts may be subject to a reminder process and, where necessary, referral to a third-party collection service.

Our Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with any area of your clean, please notify us within 24 hours of the service. We will return to re-clean the area(s) in question free of charge.
Our guarantee applies to the standard of cleaning carried out and does not extend to pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, or work outside the agreed scope.

Liability & Insurance
Lucano Group holds public liability insurance for the services we provide. We take reasonable care with your property and belongings; however, we are not liable for damage to items that are faulty, improperly installed, or not disclosed to us as requiring special care.
Any damage claim must be reported within 24 hours of the service, with supporting evidence (such as photos), so we can investigate promptly.

Client Responsibilities
To help us deliver a safe and effective service, the Client agrees to:
- Secure or disclose valuable, fragile or sentimental items before the clean
- Disclose any hazards, pets, or access restrictions in advance
- Ensure a safe working environment for our staff
- Provide accurate information when requesting a quote or booking

Privacy & Photos
Any personal information you provide is used solely to deliver our services and communicate with you, handled in line with the Australian Privacy Principles. We do not sell or share your details with third parties for marketing purposes.
With your permission, we may take before-and-after photos of completed work for training or marketing purposes. Identifying details of your property are never shared without your consent, and you can opt out of this at any time.

Privacy & Photos
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. We may update these terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements; the latest version will always be available on this page.
Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
